Taking the step to work with a personal trainer is one made from the desire to make a change in yourself, in your habits, or both. Seeing results from training is determined by your willingness to work hard, face challenges and make time for yourself to dedicate toward your programmed workouts and nutrition planning. Together we will formulate a fitness program that fits your busy schedule but that allows you the resources to meet your goals and see results. My PT memberships are exclusive to a limited number of clients where I create a fully personalized program fit to your lifestyle, resources and preferences. While the PT program allows for 2 weekly in-person training sessions, those in-person sessions can easily be transitioned to virtual sessions if the need to do so arises or you're a long distance client.
